Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your Member Dashboard at zapnest.in/member
  • Email request to hello@zapneststore.in

1.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive your box for the month you've already paid for.

1.3 No Cancellation Fees

There are no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime, no questions asked.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Before Box Ships

Full refund available. If you cancel before your monthly box has shipped (typically before the 10th of each month), you are eligible for a full refund of that month's payment.

2.2 After Box Ships

No refunds for shipped boxes. Once your box has been dispatched, we cannot offer a refund as the products have been curated and shipped specifically for you.

2.3 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost

2.4 Mystery Box Policy

Due to the mystery nature of our subscription boxes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on product preference. This is an intentional part of the ZapNest experience.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 5-7 business days for credit/debit cards
  • 3-5 business days for UPI payments
  • 7-10 business days for net banking

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

4. Founder Pricing

If you cancel your founder subscription and later re-subscribe, you will no longer be eligible for founder pricing. Standard pricing will apply.
