1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ZapNest's website and subscription services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Subscription Service
2.1 Service Description
ZapNest is a monthly subscription box service that delivers curated tech products. Each box contains products selected by our team based on your subscription tier.
2.2 Subscription Tiers
- Lite (₹1,499/month): 1 accessory product
- Core (₹2,999/month): 1 hero product + 1-2 accessories
- Elite (₹4,999/month): Premium hero product + 2-3 curated items
2.3 Mystery Element
The specific products in each box are not disclosed until delivery. This is an intentional part of the ZapNest experience. You agree that you cannot request specific products or returns based on product preference.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your initial subscription. Payment is processed through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway.
3.2 Price Lock
Founding members (first 500 subscribers) receive a price lock guarantee. Your subscription price will not increase for as long as you maintain an active subscription without interruption.
3.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping
All tiers include free shipping within India. Boxes are shipped between the 10th-15th of each month.
4.2 Delivery
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
4.3 Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5.2 Refund Policy
- Before shipping: Full refund available if cancelled before your box ships
- After shipping: No refunds for shipped boxes
- Damaged products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement
5.3 No Returns for Preference
Due to the mystery nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if you do not like the products received.
6. Product Information
6.1 Product Value
We guarantee that the retail value of products in your box meets or exceeds your subscription price.
6.2 Product Availability
Product selection may vary based on availability. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value.
6.3 Warranties
Individual products may carry manufacturer warranties. ZapNest does not provide additional warranty beyond what manufacturers offer.
7. User Accounts
7.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
7.2 Account Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ZapNest website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ZapNest and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ZapNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
